The police were stumped by the faceless killer! In this black thriller from Fleischer, a serial killer's faceless dummy haunts the police station. This dummy was created to represent an elusive strangler who calls himself "the judge," and frustrated detective Harry Grant attempts to reconstruct him from clues such as his body shape and suit fabric. Sure enough, as the dummies become more and more realistic, rational and reasonable judgments encounter incredible things.
